After searching long and hard for ww panko, I found them and used them recently for chicken cutlets. They are wonderfully crunchy, but a tad drier than the regular. For the little bit of fiber, I'll stick to the regular in the future. I'll definitely try these. The Hungry Girl version with Fiber One were foul-tasting.
